Styled to Inspire
March 2, 2021

When launching The Copper Rose we started with the wildest styled shoot schedule we’ve ever participated in. Our team pulled off 37 different vignettes, over three days, at four different venues. These shoots provided us with the most amazing content to launch our website and social. We were on cloud nine, little did we know styled shoots would become the creative fuel to get us through 2020.

After months of quarantine, the event industry as a whole was still left in the dark about when our industry could start operating again. With elopements and micro-events sprinkled on our schedule, we needed to find a way to show the world the collection we had worked so hard to curate and let our creativity flow. The event industry consists of the most talented creatives and we weren’t the only ones needing an outlet for creativity. Styled shoots provided just the creativity we were looking for!

This creative outlet helped provide us with content but most importantly helped us to make friendships with vendors in the industry we otherwise would not have met. From bringing vendors into our space to venturing out to new venues, the friendships we’ve made participating in styled shoots are everlasting. One of the best things to come out of 2020 was the styled shoots we got to be a part of and the relationships we made along the way.

We can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel as more events start to book. As ready as we are for events, we are so grateful for all of the relationships, content, and the creative outlet styled-shoots provided us with during these trying times. We are so grateful to all of the incredibly talented Planners, Florist, Photographers, Graphic Designers, Cake Designers, and our partners at Borrowed Blu who let us be a part of their creative vision. We can’t wait to create more in the future!

With Love,

I just turned 40 and moved to beautiful Santa Barbara. I still feel as though I’m in my 20’s but I am 40 on paper, and so far my 40’s have been incredible. I’m feeling more and more settled in SB each day. The decision to leave Sonoma and The Copper Rose’s main hub...
